Shipping & Delivery Conditions for Switzerland and Liechtenstein

1. Delivery Areas

JAKA Family Collective KlG, headquartered in Ibach, currently delivers to the following countries:

Switzerland
Liechtenstein

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

Shipment takes place from Switzerland. Orders with a delivery address in Switzerland or Liechtenstein are dispatched from Switzerland. Therefore, no additional customs duties or import fees apply to you as a customer.

3. Shipping Costs

(1) The applicable shipping costs will be clearly indicated separately during the checkout process before your order is definitively placed. Unless stated otherwise, all prices are final prices (incl. statutory VAT).

Large Letter A mail: CHF 5.- (max. 2 items)
PostPac Economy: CHF 8.- (3 or more items)
PostPac Priority: CHF 10.- (3 or more items)

(2) Free Shipping:

For orders in Swiss Francs (deliveries to CH/LI only), we offer free shipping on orders of 50.00 CHF or more.

4. Delivery Times

Unless indicated otherwise on the respective product page, the delivery time for Switzerland and Liechtenstein is:

Large Envelope (A-Mail): 1 to 2 business days
Standard (PostPac Economy): 3 to 5 business days
Priority (PostPac Priority): 1 to 2 business days

In the case of payment in advance, the delivery period begins on the day following the payment order issued to the transferring credit institution. For other payment methods (e.g., TWINT, PayPal, credit card, Klarna), it begins on the day after the contract is concluded. If the last day of the delivery period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a publicly recognized holiday at the delivery destination, the period shall extend to the next business day.

If an item should exceptionally be out of stock or if delivery is delayed, we will inform you immediately. In such cases, your statutory rights apply, in particular the right to withdraw from the contract pursuant to Art. 107 para. 2 CO (Swiss Code of Obligations).

5. Partial Deliveries

We are entitled to make partial deliveries insofar as this is reasonable for you. Naturally, no additional shipping costs will be charged to you for this.

6. Transfer of Risk

If the customer is a consumer, the risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the goods passes to you only upon delivery of the goods to you or to a person authorized by you to receive them.
